لماذا تبدأ بالتصميم قبل التنفيذ؟Why design before you build?
أغلب الأخطاء المكلفة في التشطيب تُكتشف بعد التنفيذ: خزانة تسد نافذة، إنارة في غير مكانها، لون يبدو مختلفاً على الجدار عن العيّنة، أو أثاث أكبر من المساحة. مرحلة التصميم تخليك تشوف كل هذا وتعدّله على الورق وعلى الشاشة، قبل ما تصرف على أي تنفيذ.Most costly fit-out mistakes are found after the work is done: a wardrobe that blocks a window, lighting in the wrong place, a colour that looks different on the wall than on the sample, or furniture too big for the room. The design stage lets you see all of this and adjust it on paper and on screen, before spending anything on execution.

قبل ما تبدأBefore you start
- اجمع صوراً لأماكن أعجبتك، حتى لو من الإنترنت؛ تختصر علينا وقتاً كثيراً.Collect photos of spaces you like, even from the internet — it saves a lot of time.
- حدّد ميزانية تقريبية من البداية، حتى تكون الخيارات واقعية.Set a rough budget from the start so the options stay realistic.
- فكّر في استخدام كل مساحة: من يستخدمها، ومتى، وكم شخص.Think about how each space is used: by whom, when, and how many people.
