الباركيه (اللامينيت)Laminate parquet

ألواح بقلب خشب مضغوط عليها طبقة مطبوعة بشكل الخشب وطبقة حماية علوية. تعطي إحساساً دافئاً وتشكيلة شكل واسعة.Boards with a compressed-wood core, a printed wood-look layer and a protective top coat. They feel warm and come in a wide range of looks.

• مناسب لـ: غرف النوم والمجالس والصالات الجافة.Best for: bedrooms, majlis and dry living areas.
• ما ينتبه له: يتأثر بالماء المتجمع، فلا يُنصح به في المطابخ والحمامات.Watch out for: standing water damages it, so it isn't recommended for kitchens or bathrooms.

الفينيلVinyl

أرضيات بلاستيكية مرنة بشكل خشب أو حجر، تُلصق أو تُركّب بنظام التعشيق. ناعمة وهادئة تحت القدم.Flexible vinyl planks or tiles in a wood or stone look, glued down or click-fitted. Soft and quiet underfoot.

• مناسب لـ: الأماكن التي تحتاج مقاومة رطوبة بتكلفة معقولة.Best for: areas that need moisture resistance at a sensible cost.
• ما ينتبه له: يحتاج أرضية تحته مستوية تماماً، لأن أي عيب يظهر من فوق.Watch out for: it needs a perfectly level subfloor — any bump shows through.

الـSPCSPC

نوع من الفينيل بقلب صلب من خليط الحجر والبلاستيك. أكثر صلابة وثباتاً من الفينيل العادي، ومقاوم للماء.A vinyl type with a rigid stone-plastic composite core. More solid and stable than standard vinyl, and waterproof.

• مناسب لـ: المطابخ والممرات والأماكن كثيرة الحركة، وتقريباً أي غرفة.Best for: kitchens, corridors, high-traffic areas — almost any room.
• ما ينتبه له: أقسى تحت القدم من الباركيه، ويُفضّل معه طبقة عازلة للصوت.Watch out for: harder underfoot than laminate; an acoustic underlay is recommended.

كيف تختار لكل غرفة؟How to choose by room

• غرف النوم والمجالس: باركيه للدفء، أو SPC إذا تبي تحمّل أعلى.Bedrooms and majlis: laminate for warmth, or SPC for extra durability.
• المطبخ والممرات: SPC لمقاومة الماء والحركة.Kitchen and corridors: SPC for water and traffic resistance.
• غرف الأطفال: SPC أو فينيل لسهولة التنظيف.Children's rooms: SPC or vinyl for easy cleaning.
• الحمامات: الأفضل البلاط؛ الأرضيات الخشبية الشكل ليست الخيار الأول هنا.Bathrooms: tiles are best; wood-look floors aren't the first choice here.

قبل التركيبBefore installation
